No phone contact
! wanted to discuss changing my cover in view of the massive increase in price. However, when I phoned I was only given the option of leaving a message which I did asking for a call back which never came.
In the end I got a new quote online for different cover, without the benefit of advice.

In view of the pandemic, I was in two minds whether to actually renew a policy for something that can't lawfully be done at the moment. However, having seen so many other sites where out of date information concerned what was, or wasn't covered, (with lots of "sort-it-out-yourself updates") I opted to renew again with Blue Bear. Obviously when, or if, we're allowed to travel again this year at least the cover stated will be in place, and it might be that I'll buy an add-on then. The loyalty reduction was also a factor in my decision and very useful. Thank you to those at Blue Bear, at least I don't have to be an insurance lawyer to understand what I'm buying.

Good value insurance
Good value insurance - particularly if have a minor pre-existing medical condition. Compare cost of annual policy with one/two weeks - often little difference. Haven’t needed to claim yet though.

Extremely efficient response to phone enquiry
I'm a returning customer to Blue Bear but needed to amend the travel policy and this was handled very speedily and well after I left a telephone enquiry. Staff are courteous, clear and knowledgeable.
