Very disappointing to find out a week…

Very disappointing to find out a week after the scheduled delivery that my order wasn't delivered - and only because I emailed chasing confirmation. When I queried whether I would have been notified, I was told that I would have been and that "returns" are processed once a week which in itself is poor. The recipient was happy with her gift so that's something however I'm not sure that I would order again

Late delivery, ants in hamper

I organised a $400 hamper for my mothers 86th. She lives alone, and I am in another state. I rang her in the morning to wish her a happy birthday and again in the afternoon at 430 to get her reaction - at 430 it had still not arrived.

When it did arrive after 5pm, my mother opened it to find tiny black ants all through the packaging. Everything was sealed so no damage - but she was put out and annoyed.

She rang the next day and complained, and was told a new hamper would be shipped to her immediately, same day it didnt arrive, next day it didnt arrive - so I rang - and a replacement arrived the next day.

The hamper was amazing and the customer…

The hamper was amazing and the customer service wonderful although due to difficulties we experienced when our order shipped i have to be honest with my review - My order left me disappointed as it was originally scheduled to be delivered in time for Easter but was only received today April 26 after a bungle with delivery.

Won't use this service again.

The website was broken so I had to call to make the order. The experience was a bit shaky with that. Unfortunately I received no shipping info or invoice so I gad to call to check on the gift at 4:30pm as I was worried it'd been botched up. It did finally arrive safely.
One thing that really annoyed me is that the website stated 'free shipping' which was great considering it was a very expensive gift. However, apparently that's not the case unless you preorder three days in advance (not easily seen on the offer). Instead I was informed that a hefty shipping cost would be required. Not impressed.
Won't use this service again.
