Recover boots

Just received my recovery boots and I charged them straight away as per instructions until fully charged.
First use was exactly what I was expecting/hoping for.
I have used different recovery boots in the past however these were by far the best I’ve used.
Very user friendly with great modes and pressure.
Purchased them as part of the Black Friday sale which was a nice discount also.
Very happy customer

Not elite pro Wagnum compression boots

Edit update:

After posting the original review, the company finally responded. They attributed the lack of labeling to issues with their manufacturer. While this may explain the situation, they should have proactively informed me about the issue before shipping the product. Resolving the matter required significant back-and-forth communication, and a partial refund was eventually offered.

Despite the initial inconvenience, the boots themselves appear to be effective. My daughter, a sprinter who often complains of sore and tight legs, now uses them most evenings.

However, I'm still disappointed with their appearance. Without the labeling, they look cheap, and my daughter is refusing to wear them to events due to this. Consequently, the partial refund is insufficient as we're unable to fully utilize the product.

I recently purchased a pair of Elite Pro Wagnum compression boots. Upon receiving them, I was immediately disappointed to find that there was no brand labeling anywhere on the product. This lack of branding, coupled with the overall low quality of the boots, strongly suggests that they are cheap, counterfeit products.
I contacted customer service about this issue, and their response was unsatisfactory. They attributed the problem to manufacturer issues, but failed to inform customers about these problems beforehand. As a result, I received a product that is not as advertised and of significantly lower quality.
Given that the boots are unopened and unused, I have requested a full refund. I am still awaiting a response from the company.
I strongly advise potential buyers to be cautious when purchasing products from this company. Their lack of transparency and customer care is unacceptable.

Great product and experience

I heard about them from a friend who purchased their LegPro Boots to use after practice. Despite being an international order, I had a pretty easy experience. I received all the details for the parcel, and the delivery was in the expected time. I love the boots and massage gun. Great experience.

Great service

Great service, bought a fair bit of gear from these guys. Had a small manufacturing issue with a product. Sent though a video and they replaced immediately. These things do happen sometimes but the great attitude to help fix issue was impressive

Incorrect item received 5/9/24

Incorrect item received 5/9/24. Paid for electric foot warming boots order #96974 and received a belt warmer for lower back pain? I have emailed the company several times and had no reply. Please take ownership of the mistake and rectify the situation asap.

Update: After posting my initial review, I was contacted, an apology was issued and the correct item was sent out. The company also allowed me to keep the incorrect item at no charge. If you need to contact the company its better to go through Trust Pilot. I just received the correct item today and will try it soon!

Great purchase

Have had these boots for 3 weeks , so far so good. Have been using them on a daily basis as I’ve ramped up my training miles and want to keep on top of muscle fatigue and damage. Legs are feeling pretty good since I’ve been using the boots

Contacting this company is a nightmare!

Contacting this company is a nightmare! I have one of their products and I misplaced the power adapter. I have contacted them several times requesting to purchase a replacement or for the power adapter specs so I can purchase a universal one, and I fail to receive a response. Extremely poor customer service!

I’m responding to your reply today…

I’m responding to your reply today regarding the massage mat I ordered for my mum as it appears that this is the only way you will contact me.
I’d like you take a moment to look at the massage mat web page, as the mat that I ordered has NO PRE ORDER information on it. NOTHING at all. NOR is there anything on the what I presume is an auto generated confirmation email sent to me straight after my purchase. It simply says: We are already working on your order. Dispatch is 7-10 days.
With all of the ways I have tried to contact you I would expect at least a phone call from a human.
Can you please send the PRE ORDER information directly to my email address you have in your system order MM12808.
Hopefully it will include and ETA…

Paid for priority shipping and have been ghosted

I bought the Wagnum leg pros a little over a week ago with priority shipping. I received updating saying they were delayed by 7-10 days, so have tried asking for my money back for the shipping to no response. It’s been atleast 7 days now and have heard nothing even just asking when it will be shipped. Terrible customer service

It seems that the only way to get through to them was writing this review, because they had not sent a single email back to me until I wrote this. The product finally came in and yes they refund my shipping but that was the only good thing from them. I will say the boots themselves are a bit short but other then that work okay

you will not be disappointed!

My daughter and I suffer from a range of issues and recently got to try a similar brand at the physiotherapist and we had great results but couldn’t afford the costs of going there all the time. After a lot of research I came across these and checked all the reviews. The price was right so I decided to give them a go and we are so happy we did. These are just as good as the ones at the physio and even better we can use them wherever and wherever we want. They help so much with our various issues and I would highly recommend them to anyone, you will not be disappointed

Be aware

I bought this mat for my elderly mother as she has been having body aches for some time now. Once product was received, reading instructions manual states that this product it is not for people that have issues with blood cloths , heart issues , having medical implants ect . This was not stated on their website , since my mother is an elderly I decided not to take a risk and ask to return the item. Their return policy is ridiculous. You have to return by post only , paying yourself for postage and once it has been approved for the refund they take further 15% of items price therefor you only get 85% back in refund , don’t forget you paid for postage too . The original packaging has to be unopened for you to be approved for the refund also. Which means you can’t open packaging to see your item , once you do that it is considered used!!!! I asked to go to their warehouse to return item , they insisted post delivery only !! So now I have useless item that I can’t return as I will not get my money back in full and still I have to spend money to return it !!! Such a greedy company , it’s disgusting!!!
Update to their reply : PRODUCT IS NOT USED , box is open to get to the product but not used at all. Customer gets aware of your return policy only if they request the returns.
RETURN WAS NOT APPROVED VIA EMAIL , it is still subject to be approved once return item is received and inspected. I will put it in rubbish bin so there is that !

Scam!! NOT an Australian company!

Order # 89683. I bought 6 neck massagers from the bodymassager.com.au website on 17th Dec 2023 for Christmas presents. The website said dispatch same day for orders placed before 12pm. The moment my credit card was charged, it incurred an International transaction fee which indicated this company is not based in Australia. I sent an email on the 20th Dec 2023 and they replied a few days later saying that stock levels were low. The goods arrived way after Christmas. The sticker said goods came from HKG (Hong Kong China). I requested for a refund as I couldn’t use 6 massagers as Christmas presents anymore. Today is 13th February 2024 and they still have not told me how to refund the goods. They sent me a number of email asking me to show them the international transaction fee they wanted to refund me but not a single email indicating of HOW the refund process works and WHERE to return the products. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS FOREIGN SCAMMING COMPANY!! I figured similar products are sold at Bing Lee. Don’t get caught by the discounts from this scammer, just pay a little more at Bing Lee - a genuine Australian family owned company with great reputation!

Ordered (and paid) a massager a week ago and have yet to receive a confirmation email let alone tracking no. If I didn't screen shot the receipt I'd have nothing. Have sent them several emails and requests on messenger and have had ZERO replies.
Do not buy from them.

Like all the other 1 star reviews here. It has taken a week from date of payment to send the item with Australia Post and only after I have chased it up. In general, Australia Post is slow but now they are blaming the delay on the freight company.
Change your lead times and misinformation on your website!!
My item placed on the 5th December and only booked in with freight on the 13th December. It is not expected till 21-28th December. I asked for it to be cancelled and refunded prior to it being sent and the request has been ignored. Their correspondence is extremely slow. Avoid the headache.

great service backup

I recently purchased a Professional Massage Gun 30 Speed 8 Heads from Body Massager Australia. After using it for 4 times the battery went flat. ie it wouldn't recharge. I contacted the company who requested a video of the faulty massager which I complied with. Within 24 hours I received an email to inform me that a replacement one was on its way which arrived a few days later. I am impressed with this company in which they were redibly agreeable to replace the massager without making it difficult for me.

fast shipping and great alternative to the $1k+ professional pneumatic pumps

I bought their LegPro Massager and it's really packs a punch if you want it to. On its highest pressure it feels like a blood pressure monitor getting a bit excited, at first. Once I got used to it, and it had pushed a lot of built up edema fluid out, I love the highest setting.
I love the cycle settings.
The foot pressure is real, a nice surprise.
The length is good, they come right up to the top of my thighs.
Feels great after a workout as well as treating lypolymphadema.
A great alternative to the $1k+ professional pneumatic pumps.
