They say they offer fast shipping and shipped same day if ordered before 11am. False advertising!!! Takes ages to get a reply from them. Plus being charged international fees. Thought this was an Australian company. Have said that I want to cancel my order but no reply from them
Update. Have received them but not completely satisfied as the instructions are very basic, sometimes the calf part doesn’t inflate properly and not the same as the ones I tried from another company that were cheaper.

Shipping took a long time. Arrive 2 weeks after Mother's Day despite being bought on a Mother's Day special.
Also, the ad made it appear that the massager was for both legs, but if you look closely it is only 1 leg and you have to pay more to get a second one.

My recent experience with Body Massager Australia was very positive. When I received my massage gun, there was something rattling around in the housing and to me, could have jammed up into the motor at any time with potentially dangerous consequences. When I contacted them, they asked for a video for clarification and immediately sent a replacement unit at no charge. As a consumer, you can't ask for more than that and I recommend this company and this specific product (which is excellent) to any and all.

The Staff at BMA were so helpful and polite. They kept me informed of updates and also provided me a full refund when I had to return an unused item as I made an incorrect order for my elderly mother. Avoid. I had a terrible experience and was ripped off. The customer services was dismissive and unhelpful originally and after I placed my order they ghosted me. Queries left as read. no reply on social media or through there email, no tracking, no updates, and a faulty, cheap item sent. They then had the audacity to offer me a huge discount on my next purchase. not as an apology but a completely unrelated poorly timed sales pitch. I keep getting spam but I didn't want to block them yet as I'm awaiting any response. I'm unlikely to even get my money back through PayPal at this stage but I will try.

This small Australian business is amazing there massages gun dose wonder for your sore body and I love that it has really good fast speed and pressure sadly mine stop working so I emailed them and they wonderfully got back to me straight away which usually doesn't happen with other company all they ask for was a video of the gun not working and they were more they happy to send out a replacement, so if your looking for a good Company that sell massage guns this is the one really good Custer services and really good fast and high speed massage gun that gets all your sore spots and the shipping wasn't a long wait 🥰

I brought a pulse oximeter which arrived quickly, I didn’t think is was working so was going to send it back, I contacted the company to let them know I would be returning the product, they contacted me the following day to resolve the problem. It was a small matter of me not putting the batteries in the right way !!

I placed order #59621 and received a tracking a week later. The Australia Post tracking shows no sign of collection. All email correspondence goes unanswered.
I just need clarification as to when I will receive my package.Really unsatisfactory service all round.
Update:
Body Massager got in contact with me via email in response to this review. They have credited the postage and the cost of the item, which has not arrived as yet.This is an Auspost issue as it is tracking , but taking a long time.I believe in constructive feedback and cudos to them for trying to make things right in a difficult business environment.

I first ordered a muscle gun on the 27th of August. They gave me a tracking number on the 30th of August. I kept checking the tracking link for 1 week and it kept saying no information. I emailed them several times to inform them that this isnt right. They brushed me off saying it should update soon. Sure. 1 month pass and it never came. I complained and sent MULTIPLE emails to get one reply finally admitting my parcel was lost.
They then offered to send a replacement via express shipping. I replied saying i will only accept another parcel if it WILL be sent via express shipping. They never bothered confirming and replied me TWO days later saying they sent me a new parcel. Sure. I'll wait patiently.
23rd of September, i check the link saying parcel is in melbourne. It has been 7 working days and the parcel tracking still says its in melbourne. I emailed them last week and today pleading to check with the courier (like please..) and they didnt reply. It it so hard to get a reply from them. I do understand you are running on fewer staff but I am a customer who has been waiting for more than a month for a muscle gun?? Really?? I deserve something right??
All I wanted was a confirmation if it was going to be express shipping before agreeing to be sent another parcel that who knows when will arrive? And I kept emphasising that if the new parcel isnt sent via express shipping, I do not want it and would rather have a refund. I have mentioned refund many many times.
I am so tired of dealing with this. Waiting for literally 25 damn working days. I have been so patient with you guys but now I am left feeling scammed. Im sure they will reply to this 1 star review faster than my emails lmao

Have only just received my Shiatsu massager, but very happy with it. Good stimulating massage, even an attachment for use in the car. Wasn't sure what this was, so sent them an email. They responded within a few hours, explained everything, and asked if they be of any more help. Was kept informed of delivery status right from when order was processed. Excellent customer service
