Don't waste your time

I bought the massage gun which took 4 weeks to arrive. I understand their were issues with a Australia post but they did not even send me a confirmation email or updates meaning I thought I got scammed. Gun came, worked once and then never turned on even after charging overnight. Was a lot a lot poorer quality than I was expecting for the price. Although they did issue a refund, the whole ordeal was too much of a hassle so I would definitely not recommend.

We hope you are well. We are really sorry about your review. We are facing huge delays due to the Australia Post. There is nothing to do about that from our side. For example, they are not collecting any parcels in Melbourne between 30 September to 5 October, which is not the first time.

As you said, we already issue a FULL REFUND to your account. We never let down our customer in case of faulty or missing items. We issued FULL REFUND or REPLACEMENT once we approved the cases.

We believe this review is unfair as we already apologise and issued a FULL REFUND to your account.

We are sending a confirmation email, shipping tracking email and invoice for each order that we received. Sometimes emails might be ended up in your spam folder.

We hope you can understand the situation.

Outstanding Service from start to finish!

The service and standard of Body Massager Australia was outstanding and 1st class. However, we were unaware that the product we purchased would be unsuitable. The doctor advised that this particular item would not assist therapeutically due to the enormity of the injuries sustained. Body Massager did not hesitate in providing us with a refund and I cannnot thank them enough for this.

Brought hand massager does not massage just puts pressure on hand have been in touch but they refuse to refund me

We brought the Neck Massager from this…

We brought the Neck Massager from this company as their products are far better quality than some others out there. They are a small Aussie business located in Melbourne.
We couldn't fault their customer service and the massager is great!

Love how they dealt with everything

Loved my gun till something went wrong so I sent an email and was Extremely surprised at how fast they responded to my email. But what I loved was how they just replaced my guy and the customer service has to be the best of dealt with.
I couldn’t Recommend this company any higher A+++++

Faulty product

Faulty product. I have contacted them via email and Facebook but have not go a reply. My massage gun won't charge after only a few uses. Would really like someone to contact me...

When I got my massage gun I loved it

When I got my massage gun I loved it, but unfortunately the charger was damaged and I was unable to recharge it. I was quite upset with this, and felt a little defeated. I was interstate and had a lot on my mind so I was very delayed in emailing the team. Because some time had passed I was not hopeful with my situation being rectified and felt defeated, however, to my surprise the team were super down-to-earth and helpful. They emailed me and let me know they had sent out a replacement charger without making a big fuss. I am super excited for it to come because I loved the product when it was working. Thank you to the team for being very genuine and quickly sorting out my situation. :)

Great customer service!!

Even though my massage gun had only lasted just 6 months, the body massager team had very quick response getting back to me to sort out how they can help by either fixing or replacing my massage gun, great customer service, very accurate information and would definitely recommend purchasing through them!

Customer service is AMAZING!

Hi I just wanted to share my experience with Body Massager Australia. Their Customer service has been amazing throughout.
I ordered a neck and shoulder massager from them. About 6 months later it just stopped working. I thought I would try my luck to see if it was still under warranty. Luckily it was! :-) First they sent a replacement plug, no questions asked. But when that didn't work (think it was a battery issue) they just sent a whole new massager to me. Wow! So impressed. I am super happy that I have purchased from this Company and would highly recommend other people do the same. Thank you so much :-)

Pain relief!!

I got a massage gun, a jade roller and an acupuncture laser pen and am very happy with all items. I work in an office and I use my laser pen on my hands and fore arms and it's great. Also my massage gun on my feet and lower back which get sore easily.
Jade roller is good too, not sure if its effective but oh it feels good to roll that on my face with a cream!

Not the best experience

Ordered a black pulse oximeter and was sent through a white one that was not even the same product as the picture. To make the matter even more annoying, the product that they did send is faulty. Read through the instructions and followed it exactly. Every time you put your finger in the probe and turn the on button; it says ‘finger out’ and turns off. Thought, this was just an anomaly so tried in other fingers and I get the same message on the oximeter. Have tried to contact the company but still no response yet.

Very fast delivery!

Not a good experience so far

Not a good experience so far. Paid for priority shipping 2 1/2 weeks ago and still no delivery. Have emailed and received no response and even raised a dispute with PayPal!! I received no email with a tracking number or invoice and it was not in my Spam folder.
COVID or no COVID there is no excuse for not returning an email query!!
After posting this review I did receive a response and customer service was efficient in answering my questions. I do receive my order a few days later.

Wonderful customer service

I bought one of the massage guns a couple weeks back. Received it and seemed like there was a fault with the battery. I emailed customer service and had a response back very quickly. They were very happy to talk to me about my problem and refunded me the purchase amount so I could purchase a new/different one. I had an excellent experience with the customer service and would definitely recommend to others.
