We have a an old cross trainer that was given to us many years ago from a friend. The machine is well built and has had a lot of use over the years.
a couple of weeks ago one of the bolts for the pedal snapped (just down to use and age). I reached out to the team at Body Sculpture to see if i could get a spare (not really hoping for much given the age of the machine)

They were prompt and courteous in their responses, but more importantly came through ... I have a new bolt and the machine is operational again. Stunning service

I contacted Body Sculpture to find a replacement adjustment knob for my x trainer. The help and information I received was excellent!! They quickly responded to the information I provided and promptly sent a replacement which was received the next day FOC.
Exceptional service.

The quality of weights is good but they were not brand new. All have multiple scratches. Disappointing.

After a fatigue failure of a crucial part of my ageing Body Sculpture exercise bike I gave them a call expecting a negative reply but no! They couldn't do enough for me. Despite the bike being 15+ years old they tracked down the part and it was with me in a couple days. Not only was that the sort of customer care of a highest order but their manner and courtesy towards me as a customer was of a gold standard. Absolutely super people to deal with!

We were gobsmacked at the level of helpful service we experienced from this company. I posted a review a while ago which was glowing, and now we have needed further help, and Malcolm has bent over backwards to assist us.
We cannot recommend them more highly.

The rowing machine went together easily and the components are clearly labelled. Just took my time and all went well. There was a slight defect with one component, so I called the number and everyone was so helpful and supportive. I received a replacement in no time at all. Overall, happy and especially impressed with the customer service.

Unable to fulfill my order as the only one in stock failed quality control check. Was informed of this and given a refund in a reasonable time. The 4 stars are only for the company and my dealings with them. Not for the cross trainer.
