Great rower for home and added bonus of pre programmed training sessions … the biggest bonus was the customer service i received when i had a problem … prompt replies .. nothing too much trouble and was treated like a human being and not just another customer … massive shout out to Malcom from the tech team who took the time and actually listened to sort my problem and the receptionist are a credit to the company as well … wouldn’t hesitate recommending this company to anyone ….THANK YOU SO MUCH

Bearing recess issue on rollers
Delivery & packing fine.
Only problem was the bearings in the seat rollers weren't recessed enough necessitating around 1mm of the recess more to be removed so I could fit the rollers.

I ordered a spare weave belt from "Body Sculpture" and even though I had made a mistake and ordered three instead of one I was contacted by a very pleasant staff member named Simon who kindly corrected my order, a couple of days later my order arrived (a set of three belts) excellent customer service.

Excellent customer service
Following accidental damage to the adaptor for our hi mark exercise bike I emailed Body Sculpture to see if they could supply a replacement. Malcolm Evans replied promptly and my follow-up email and very helpful telephone conversation with Vicky Gill resulted in the receipt of a replacement adaptor two days later.
It was a pleasure to deal with Body Sculpture and to deal with people who provide such excellent customer service.
