Ordered the dinning set : table, chairs, dinning sofa. But how is it possible, that delivery takes more than 1 month? Just got an email, that delivery of my sofa is delayed...until 01.04. Why is it always so difficult to Bolia to deliver and assemble things on time? ( Last time, when I ordered a sofa for the living room, it took them 4 months to deliver it, assemble, bring missing parts..). So delivery/montage service is really poor. Otherwise I like the quality, design and service in the shop in Hamburg was nice. In case you ask my order no is 701862262.

I would like to share feedback regarding my recent in-store pickup from Stuttgart sales store.
I collected two kimono items ordered online. Unfortunately, the service experience during pickup was disappointing and did not reflect the premium image I associate with Bolia.
After the items were placed on the counter, there was no communication or guidance about the next step. I was left standing without knowing whether the process was complete. The items were not offered in a bag, and I was asked in an awkward situation by the staff if I would need anything else or why should I not leaving! I had to ask whether a bag offering is available. I was then informed that a bag would cost 1 EUR. While I understand sustainability policies and additional charges, I would have appreciated being informed proactively.
Additionally, there was no closing courtesy such as a “thank you” or any acknowledgment of the purchase. The interaction felt indifferent and unwelcoming.
I am sharing this feedback constructively, as I value thoughtful customer experience — especially from a design-focused brand like Bolia. I hope this can help improve future customer interactions.

I have ordered a table cloth, the payment error occurred, I was instructed to try one more time. I did as suggested, I was charged the second time. There was no order confirmation or cancellation for 3 days, nothing! Then, I received a message that both of my orders are available for pick up. I have contacted the customer service before and haven’t heard since and no, it is not okay to notify me that I may have to wait 7-12 days for a reply. Is this a premium brand? I was considering to buy a new sofa there but no more. This experience gives me a disappointing sneak peek of the frustration I could have with Bolia. P.S. still waiting for the full refund. customer support ticket (never answered): 004149243

Positive:
- The furniture is beautiful, timeless, and functional.
- The store personnel can give you hefty discounts.
Negative:
- The prices are high.
- The product was advertised with a 4-6 weeks delivery window. After ordering, we were informed that the earliest delivery would be in 9 weeks. Delivery is only offered on three days of the week and never on weekends, which makes receiving the delivery quite cumbersome for working folk.
- I would've appreciated a larger selection of colorful leathers, like green or red.

We stumbled upon Bola's furniture shop in Malaga on our last day in Spain. We had hoped to find some well designed high quality armchairs before we left Spain and had all but given up when we discovered Bola's website-stumbling upon the shop was fortuitous. A beautifully laid out shop laden with treasures! On entry we were made very welcome by a member of staff and then very ably assisted by Iryna who carefully guided us on our preferred choices without being pushy. She was very attentive, made our selection of two different armchairs and fabrics very easy. Also the ordering process was clear. Aside from aesthetics, style, quality and comfort, it being the eve of the 10th anniversary of the passing of David Bowie, sealed the deal for one of the armchairs...the Bowie armchair!
Who would have thought that an evening ramble in Malaga would lead us into a magical world of Scandanavian design!

Extremely positive experience in store and also over the phone or via email. Last summer I drove to Potsdam to pick up some chairs from the outlet section and store manager Charlene was very helpful and patient, she us gave great tips about how to do the first cleaning and taking care of the products.

€100 just for shipping a chair is not OK. Otherwise, Bolia is a great store.
Unfortunately, I cannot reply to your answer, but I can edit mine.
I have been a Bolia customer for many years, and until now, delivery has been half the price.
To double it seems very unreasonable. I hope you will consider a new delivery company for the future.

I had a sofa delivered recently and the service was impeccable. The delivery team (Berisha) came exactly on time and I received a few messages before hand to inform me when they were leaving the warehouse, and when they were on their way. I got a short phone call to announce their arrival. It was beautifully organised. They delivered the couch and took the old one away to recycle. They were very fast, efficient and professional. Also friendly and helpful. This service is one of the best I’ve had. I can highly recommend them. Thanks BOLIA ! 5 ⭐️ Your happy customer in Zug, Switzerland.
