Replacement sofa was perfect finally

initial delivery with a cheapy forwarder with just 1 person was a mess - ending in a damaged sofa and a return

Bolia claim procedure was fast friendly and efficient. New sofa was delivered by branded truck and 2 branded gentlemen that put sofa together nicely

hint: Document damage properly and not sign delivery note without your claim on it and the driver signing for it

Linen experience

Hello. I bought few month ago 2 sets of linen pillows case and a cover duvet. The fabric is really good unfortunately the zip is fragile and broke ! ! I do have the same problem with the pillowcases and it is a struggle to close it properly….not impressed.

I loved the designs

I loved the designs. The shop assistants were really helpful and patient as I couldn’t make up my mind. There will be a lot more of Bolia in my new apartment

Smooth Ordering Process, Disappointing Pickup Experience

The ordering and payment process went very smoothly, and we were satisfied with how efficiently everything was handled. Unfortunately, our experience with the pickup process at the Leipzig Neumarkt branch did not meet our expectations.

Despite sending several emails to coordinate the pickup, we did not receive any replies. When we visited the store in person, the staff did not check our ID or payment receipt and provided no clear guidance. We were simply told that the item was “upstairs,” with no additional assistance offered. It was unclear where exactly we were supposed to go.

The overall approach felt very self-service, which was surprising for a store that presents itself as a high-end designer retailer. Additionally, the interaction with the staff was brief and somewhat distant, lacking the friendliness and customer support we had expected.

We believe there is room for improvement in the pickup experience, especially in communication and customer service.

Shopping at the sample sale was a very…

Shopping at the sample sale was a very bad expierence. The store could not be bothered to list prices or provide a in store payment option. You had to wait in long line to ask what the price was and then provide countless data to login and make a payment online! How arrogant and unprofessional. I have been Bolia’s customer for over 20 years but i think it is time to part ways.
