I bought a swing chair for 500 euros. In a couple of weeks the chair fell back (i guess, this is a typical situation with chair), and it got broken. I submitted my claim 20th March, and they responded 21th April that they can't accept my claim, and won't do anything. This is horrible customer support and attitude. Any chairs from IKEA are more reliable.

The Case cabinets look like they have been in storage forever - the corners are almost scratched with white traces of the foam packaging.
The Case bases are of a purple ish grey color (thought they're black, hoping to match them with my sofa legs), with uneven coloring all over (although mostly not visible from front and above) and a huge hassle to assemble. One of the packages of screws were completely broken and only half of the screws were left.
Once the cabinets are mounted on the feet, they're not really level or even, making it tricky to connect the cabinets to each other and mount them to the wall while letting all feet touch the floor. Would have loved the metal bases but there's no option for the 28cm depth so quite a pity.

Excellent ordering service with very clear website and product configurator. we requested fabric samples in advance to choose colors and they arrived within a couple of days!
Order arrived on time. Bolia.com messaged us the day before with precise time for the delivery and the driver even called a few minutes before to confirm.
Product came extremely well packed and assembly is very simple. The couch is excellent and beautiful, with superb finish and comfort. Matched 100% our expectations.

We ordered two dining tables and 8 chairs. While there were some problems with the the delivery (date changes and once the incorrect item) and missing hardware for one of the tables, we were very satisfied with the quality of the furniture. I'm still waiting on the missing hardware to be mailed from Denmark. Delivery went very well and we received all updates via SMS. I would suggest they work on the main customer service line in Denmark. The wait times can be very long on the phone and emails sent to them also take a very very long time to be answered. However the staff at the Bolia store on the Raadhuisstraat were very helpful and they responded quickly to both phone and emails.

We purchased a modular sofa with Bolia.com during a Covid lockdown, meaning we couldn't see or test the furniture before ordering. We couldn't possibly be happier with the sofa. It has absolutely transformed our home! Incredibly comfortable, stunning design, and utterly changes the way we experience our living space.
Customer service and delivery personnel were also outstanding to deal with at all times.

I suggest you to be careful some item's on sale not more in stock but they're let you pay and your money never send back like you send it so fast to them.
Looks like huge international company, to me it very suspicious.!!!

We bought a combination of sofa, swivel chair, dining table and dining chairs. The idea of the sofa and chairs was a combination of grey dining chairs, blue-grey sofa and darker blue swivel chair and foot stool. Unfortunately the sofa has a greenish tinge and so doesn't really go with the rest in day light.
In the shop (unnatural light), it all looked good and we followed the advice given.
Apart from that, the quality of the sofa is disappointing - quality of other items is good though.
Delivery was expensive and not very helpful... told us they only needed to put the sofa together, not the table.
22 Feb I received a reaction from customer services asking me to fill in a complaint form. Having done that immediately, I'm still waiting for them to resolve it (18 April!). They occasionally send automated mails, saying they're very busy and will get around to replying.... quite incredible.
The upholstery on the sofa is now wrinkling and it looks rather cheap....

After 3 months of waiting, our couch has finally arrived. The delivery cost us almost 200 euros, which is rather special already. For this price the delivery people are supposed to also assemble the couch. That’s not much work, but they managed to do it in such a sloppy manner that legs of the couch were looking in different directions. We’ve contacted their client service, and they promised to promptly (haha) get back to us within 20 days. We had to fix their mistake ourselves.
On top of that, some seams are sloppily done (I was encouraged to simply cut the loose threads); the fabric on the pillows sits in a rather relaxed manner, so every time you sit on or just touch the couch, it leaves a trace, giving an impression of an old worn-out couch. One screw in the frame is screwed through.
All an all, it gives an impression that we got some sort of damaged couch or maybe an old showroom model. Definitely a disappointment considering the hefty price we paid. We’ve thought about returning the couch, but it’s very difficult, given the fact that we would have to bring it to the shop ourselves, and the delivery people took away all the package materials.

For a premium designbrand this is not what I expected. No communication about my order, no Track & Trace, No confirmation by e-mail. Three times I made a phone call to the HQ asking when to expect my order? Three times they told me to inform me the same day! I am still waiting. They tell me it has to do with DHL. Never point out to another when you are the reseller.
I bought the Bolia Orb lamp, the lights I ordered the day after. Still did not receive anything. I work for high end brands myself, but this is a very bad way how to treat your customer. I would like to give a 5 star rating but I am really disappointed.
Received an e-mail today, but still no track & Trace, and sure would like to know what went wrong?

Ordered a couch and coffee table back in Oct-Nov. Due to a misunderstanding, the coffee table was taken back to the deposit. After many emails, we got the possibility to have it delivered again, which we took. Ever since, we received no delivery date indication, only automated email reminders. It feels there is no customer service/ planner whatsoever. Also, for the couch which got delivered in time, we have 1 foot missing for 3 weeks already. I expect the quality of the service to be aligned with the quality of the products and the price range, so far we experienced it is not the case.
