We were very impressed with our Bolia experience. From the website, where we could build our perfect couch, to the beautiful store that we visited and the experienced, friendly and helpful staff. We loved that you could try different models of sofa in the store and then choose from literally hundreds of different fabrics. The delivery was also quicker than we would have expected. And we are super happy with the quality of our sofa. It looks amazing. We were also given helpful care instructions, so we can keep it looking good for as long as possible. We decided to change the style of our pouf, which was no problem at all and was handled by the staff in a very efficient and friendly way. I would definitely purchase from Bolia again, and already have my eye on a dining suite! Thanks to the Bolia team.

No care at all for used products
Bought an item (a shelf) with store pickup only. Item was literally stacked against a wall when I came to pick up. Not wrapped, packed, protected or stored properly. Last time I order from Bolia again.

The store manager was very helpful and responsive. We received the products on the promised date, and the delivery team was kind and professional. My only complaint is about the shipping cost. If I spend over €10,000, I would not expect to pay shipping fees, but Bolia still charges for delivery, which I found a bit frustrating.
