Excellent product, customer service needs improvement
I’ve purchased many products from Bolia and have always been very happy with their beautifully crafted designs. However, the customer service experience with Dominika at the Utrecht store was extremely disappointing. While I would rate the products a solid 5 stars, the service I received deserves only 1 star.
Having interacted with several Bolia representatives over the years—both in other stores and at the Utrecht location—I was surprised by how unprofessional and unhelpful this experience was. It was not at all reflective of the high standards I’ve come to expect from Bolia.

Terrible communication and delivery
I buy two items, a ballon hanglamp and its light bulb. I receive notification of invoice and apparently delivery of just one (the light bulb) I have been sitting in my house waiting for the parcel scheduled today, now I receive a message that the parcel has been successfully delivered, maybe at a neighborg's, which neighborg? we don't know.

I had a fabulous experience with Bolia Lille. We were accompanied professionally and warmly by the team. From the proportions, to the suggestions we made, all is well thought, design and quality. We really enjoyed our time spent to build this new interior but for us it was the human touch every step of the way.
Little minus is the logistic behind this. When ordering different items you get 1 date but it varies and could end up being different delivery dates per items.

We switched a sideboard…
We wanted to switch a heavy sideboard for another colour. Customer service was very friendly and clear about the conditions and timing. The delivery service was excellent because they planned the swap (in a typical Amsterdam house on the third floor) and were done in no time.

Hide the defects of the table
The product does not match the description. It says "perfect condition" not mentioning anything at all about the top.
It has lots of scratch and several dents also unusual drawing. Very disappointed. I was wondering why Bolia offers discounts to this product, even saying that it is perfect condition. Bolia should be clear about defects to customer before the order. Also when I complained about this after I received the product, the customer service staff did nothing about it. Maybe I had too much expectation on Bolia, like other Denmark highend brands.
