Unfortunately I have the impression that customer service does not exist. I reported the problem twice but no one replied. I am devastated because my Elton table is damaged and looks terrible. I also warn everyone not to buy cleaning products in the store bolia because it can damage your beloved table.

25.02Edit: after my review here I received a reply on the next day but Im waiting again.. already 6 days without answer. In total already almost one month waiting for solution. Thats insane.
03.04Edit: after almost 2 months my case is finally closed. I had to ordered new part for my table and i had to paid for it. I am saddened by this because it was the cleaning products from the bolia that ruined my table. I followed the instructions and unfortunately the table was damaged. I warn everyone. If you have a problem, don't count on it ending happily.

I was really looking forward to my Veneda couch from Bolia, but the experience has been nothing short of disappointing. Within just a week of use, the couch already looked worn, torn, and cheaply made, a stark contrast to the quality I experienced in the store. Not only does it lack durability, but it’s also incredibly uncomfortable, sitting on it for any length of time causes back pain.
When I raised my concerns, Bolia dismissed them, claiming this was "expected" and refusing to offer a full refund. I expected premium quality for the price, but what I received feels like a poorly made product that won’t last. Extremely disappointed. I can't even imagine how someone would pay 5k for this.

I have bought few expensive things online last Friday, delivery was supposed take 2-3days. After 1 week and 1 day still no delivery, no information. I sent email on Thursday asking where my order is and received automated response that it will take Bolia between 12-14 ! days to respond. For luxury brand this is unacceptable! I would like to know where my order is and have the postage costs refunded as you do not stick to your promise

The products are fantastic, but my experience with the click-and-collect service was a bit frustrating. Eight mugs were missing from my order, and when I called to address it, the shop assistant’s limited English made it challenging to resolve what should have been a quick issue. In the end, I returned to the store to collect the missing items.

Excellent service, and quality design furniture and accessories at Bolia Utrecht . I went to the Oudkerkhof in Utrecht , was helped by the manager of the Store , Sandor , and he gave outstanding and honest advice about what would be according to my wishes and needs . Bought some stuff and I am very happy with what I bought .

delivery service not working yet. Despite extensive communication they still managed to go wrong on date, timing and poor communication. Unfortunately they don't really offer a solution to fix their mistakes, it is just sorry and back in the queue with another 3 weeks extra waiting for delivery. Mistake always possible, but these were simply too many and obvious, should bot have happened. And even if they happen, would be nice to offer a solution. A bit disappointed in such a nice brand.

At first I was excited, amazing furniture and the help I got from the girl was good. The point the guy from the store started to help with my order, things started to change quick. I never been treated like this in my life!! Yelling, extremely pushy and so rude! Horrible person! Left me completely angry and confused. How can you treat your costumers like that. The delivery fee invoice is sent to pay by credit card, it is not the local bank card to pay, Which give me inconvenience, and your staff call me back to explain he doesn’t know why, and could not give me solution with bank card payment link , I have to pay by credit card. it is Black Friday he is so busy. I am unhappy for this kind of service attitude . Whole things give me very very bad experience. I spend much , but dry bad service . The service did not match your product quality . Disappointing.

I discovered Bolia by chance, and I couldn’t be happier that I did! Their furniture and accessories are thoughtfully crafted to order, which helps minimize waste—a practice I truly appreciate. On top of that, the customer service has been really great, particularly thanks to Lucie from the Eindhoven branch. She took a personal and attentive approach to helping me with my choices on multiple occasions. Although the process took a little time, and the outlet delivery was a little tough to arrange, the final result exceeded my expectations.
Lucie also went above and beyond by guiding me toward cost-effective and sustainable options through the outlet store, which allowed me to expand my budget a bit further. Her dedication made the entire experience even more rewarding. I’ll definitely be returning.
Overall, I would reccomend the other collagues I spoke with during her absence to try and go the extra mile, because that is what made me a happy customer. Thank you! :)

Friendly staff, present, excellent service (premium) for customers with attention and availability. They have a wide range, but not everything is visible due to limited space, but the staff is attentive and supportive of the purchase for materials, design and suggestions in shipping.

By mistake, I ordered a smaller version of the couch than the one I wanted, and after calling Bolia's customer service, they were very understanding and helped me get the version I liked. That was very nice because it was a while since I ordered my couch, and they could have made me cancel as per the contract I signed, pay 25% of the cancelation fee, and then order the right couch, but they didn't do that. That was amazing for me, thank you so much Bolia team for your help and understanding. Thank you to Lotte specifically, she was amazing!

Yesterday we visited the beautiful Bolia store in Breda, although we weren’t necessarily in search of furniture, we couldn’t be happier with our experience. The store itself is a haven minimalist elegance and exquisite craftsmanship, showcasing a wide range of pieces that blend functionality with timeless design.
What made our visit truly exceptional though, was the wonderful customer service we received. The girl who assisted us was nothing but kind, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. She patiently guided us through the selection process, offering helpful suggestions without being pushy. All 3 sale managers at Alkmaar shop are really friendly and extremely polite. They are so capable to create an unique and relaxing atmosphere in the shop. I got all the necessary support I needed and I found all desired items. Really high quality products. For sure I will be back.

We ordered a sofa and during the delivery our floor was badly scratched because it was not assembled correctly and the delivery company was unprofessional. A real shame because we like the sofa. We have been in touch with customer service but needed to chase them to get an answer. We did receive a compensation ultimately.
