Terrible customer service. Ordered a sofa via their stores in paris when the store told us their customer service in denmark was unreliable. Order delivery date was missed. Neither customer service nor store can determine where sofa is. If it was manufactures or even sent. To this day we spent over 5000 euros and have nothing to show for it but promises and a rediculous pathetic offer of 50 euros. The store blames their own customer service and none of them provide any information or solutions. An absolutely terrible experience which probably will result in a terrible sofa as well. Hard to have any faith in this company at all.

Purchased a sofa in November since then non stop issues with the sofa the fabric pillows stitching and legs not a single thing is ok with the sofa, Bolia isn't taking any responsibility even after a tech visit who himself said that the state of the sofa is unacceptable for the price point of nearly 4000 euros all I was offered was a 300 euro voucher and not an actual solution for a sofa that is not fit for use... it's been seven months of communication that takes weeks on end... 10-year warranty not really... a defective sofa for a premium price. Take your money else..

We ordered bed on 26 November 2023 and made the payment of EUR 2250/.
Delivery was scheduled for 14 Dec 2023 (bedframe) and 08 Feb 2024 (headboard).
Bedframe was delayed one week but was delivered on 21 Dec 2023. We assembled the bed to realize that the slats were of wrong size and did not fit the bedframe. We called, we emailed and finally it was confirmed to us that slats will be delivered 01 Feb 2024. One month + with bed occupying the living room but not possible to sleep on.
01 Feb 2024 the slats did not arrive and no info given. We called, we emailed multiple times and finally got confirmation that slats will be delivered 22 Feb 2024.
We wanted to return the bed as we did not want to wait any longer, we need a bed to sleep on. Instead they offered us a EUR 200/- refund to a credit card or a credit note of EUR 250/- of store credit. Without waiting for our answer or confirmation, they have sent us a credit note of 250/- store credit (which we are not gonna use of course). Delivery of slats since then was moved again and now slats are promised on 29 Feb 2024. It has been 2.5 months we cannot use the bed.
Moreover, on 08 Feb 2024, the headboard arrived indeed, however again - one of two holding block was missing, so we cannot put the headboard up. We called, we emailed, multiple times and were promised that someone will get back to us urgently about the solution, but 2 weeks later, there is still no answer to us despite our multiple emails to customer service.
We requested that we want to just return the bed and have our full money back, because we lost 2.5 months and still cannot use the bed - however noone gets back to us at all and we still miss those parts to have a functional bed. Absolutely horrible experience

The staff at Bolia helped me decide on type of table and wood colour that would work best for me in my new appartment. Delivery worked as planned. I picked up some on sale items which are a good scoop after all the Xmas spending. Thanks Team Bolia!

For small things like dishes textile should be there more delivery options like post.nl or DHL.
On the store went smoothly, there was friendly staff.
In the other hand click and collect there were many mistakes done. I bought it on Thursday to pick it up Saturday, sms confirmation, but on the computer seems to be already opgehald, long waiting for this matter. Can happen but Monday by unpacking was one st of dishes missing and one set of incorrect glass.
After calling they solve this mistakes.
Overall is a nice store with good quality products.
Points to improve:
For small articles offer more delivery options (not only GSL).
Check items are correct and complete.

I was helped very well in the shop and after ordering there was an issue with the delivery date. This was immediately handled after I emailed back and at the end of the weekend all sorted out.

High end products, presentation and prices. Was quite happy with the products but unfortunately service is poor. A €1.000,- lamp stopped working (properly) and we have been in the dark for a week now on how and when Bolia is planning to solve this. Fed up with companies hiding behind staff shortages and busy departments, especially when positioned as a premium brand!
