I'm very disappointed with customer service of Bolia. I've order the lamp, which I decided to return. Customer service sent me return note and an address of the pick-up point, where the item should be sent. As I was sending a lamp via courier service I needed to include telephone contact to the shipment details. I contacted customer service again asking for a telephone number, which can be used as a reference for courier and I was told to use this phone number +45 88 96 02 26, but apparently the courier had trouble reaching someone on this number. On top of that, he was not able to find Bolia pick up point based on the provided address when he was delivering the package on February 9th. I immediately contacted Bolia customer service, asking for a valid contact and details of the address, but so far no respond. I tried to call customer service but no one answered. The package is now stored in parcel center and cannot be delivered to pick up point due to missing address information and no one from Bolia replies to my emails. My last possible return date was February 12th. I'm not really sure what to do next. I believe I have provided correct delivery details confirmed by Bolia. I'm really afraid that I won't get my money back for the lamp... I have never experienced such a situation with returning of the item. I really love Bolia furniture but their customer service has disappointed me and I'm not sure if I will buy again in this store.

They oversell their items!
We have bought a console online that was on sale, in the time of the purchase item was available in stock. Later they've notified that they oversold the item and the item was going out of the catalogue.
The refund was done in no time, but it's not nice at all to buy something and they say they purely oversold the product and they can't deliver. They should do a better inventory check up before putting products on sale in their website.

The most terrible customer service. It is a real shame. I ordered an expensive sofa in Stockholm which was delivered 27.05, very nice and i liked it. I used it for few days then i traveled away from Stockholm from 02.06 till 04.07 and did not use sofa. I even travelled another days after July 4th so hardly used sofa.
Then i noticed that a seam was torn on the inside and it was quite big torn. On July 10th I wrote to Bolia customer service attaching them pictures and asking them to fix it (it could not have possibly be my fault considering that i hardly managed to use it as well as it is not acceptable that such an expensive sofa would be torn just because one is sleeping there).
No answer, I reminded them on July 16, then on July 29 and then someone called Phillip B S, customer care consultant, replied saying that they had vacation season and i have to be patient and he is trying to solve my issue now and he promised to revert. Of course, no-one reverted back i reminded them on August 10, no answer, then on August 15 and got a reply in August 16 from Pamela V who replied that they are trying to solve my issue and they will come back within a week time. Of course, no-one reverted back in a week time as was promised (in Bolia customer service they are not used to keep their words obviously). I reminded of myself on August 27 and on September 1, but no-one even bothered to come back with the response.
Now i will look into how and where I can report them and get the issue fixed.
Bolia has very nice things but terrible customer service. I was planning to buy so many things from there but they killed my desire with this attitude. Will no longer advise friends to make shopping at Bolia either.

I have purchase many items from Bolia at our home. Sofa, benches, shelves, dinner table. It seems like lately the orders have been turn more disorganised.
I had an issue with my sofa, which came with the wrong clamp system to fit on each other, and Bolia only sent another clamp system however they haven't installed in the sofa, so we going to have to do ourselves.
We also bough a shelf system that in the specifications has 240cm however when arrival we measured it again before installing and it has a shorter width, so clearly the specifications were wrong.

Bolia design is nice and interesting. We bought a sofa from them in Stockholm, which can be transformed into a bed. The design idea is super unique but the customer experience is really not good. We had to wait for 3 months to get the sofa, and then when it arrived we found weird spot in the middle of the sofa like damaged texture. We messaged them immediately about it. It took them over a month to reply to us and asking for the order number!! Even though I replied to their own email. Anyway I replied immediately to them and now it has been over a week and they didn't reply anything back.
Their price is super high but we thought with them we will get a better experience but actually not at all. I think I would not buy from their store again.
Great store with great designer interior decoration products. Prices are high but the furniture are really the state of art.

Bought a table and it took two months to deliver. When I got it a leg was missing. I’ve tried to call and email to get confirmation that a replacement is in it’s way. They have ignored me for over one month now. This kind of customer service is unacceptable

I bought my product to be collected at 16th of January. Same day as I should collect it I got a text that it is not ready to be picked up and that they will get back to me with a new date. No new date was communicated and I needed myself to call the customer service to get information about where my package are. I get an apology from the CS and they promise to fix a new delivery 4 weeks later than original time. Now I am still here with no product that I ordered more than 2 months ago and they TODAY failed to delivered this the 3rd time. I have sat in cue for almost a whole work day put together because they never answer or let you know how long waiting time it is. Let's not even talk about the lead time for email, it took 4 weeks to get an answer there. I have never been so disappointed in my whole life.
