I have now the two hell/heaven palette and two lipsticks and its wonderful. Not a lot a chemicals and the texture is soft. Even the gloss is non-sticky !

Obviously due to the pandemic there was a delay in the order but the shop owner was lovely about it and was very reasonable. She responded quickly to my emails and was helpful! Lovely service!

The products were nice, but the sprayer on the setting spray broke :(

Their matte liquid lipstick formula is great - dries down but doesn't feel uncomfortable or drying.

Eyeshadow formula is pretty good too.

The packaging is pretty special.

I have a hand mirror and a tote too and they're good quality and lovely and unique.

Loved the lip gloss; beautiful packaging; great condition; loved the product itself. My only "complaint" would be the feel or texture, kinda sticky.

I know my twenty year old daughter likes her Bone Idol products so I bought her some of the new palettes as a surprise for her birthday. It was a bit of a last minute order but they arrived in good time. The design on the Hotter than Hell is stunning and the colours are lovely (I personally love the deep purple). The palettes are also big in size so should last some time.
