My delivery went missing and I emailed in, Jess B replied and asked a question, I replied and she got straight back to me, she then kindly resent the parcel with next day delivery. I now have my parcel and can not get over this fantastic service! This was fixed so quickly, I just can’t believe it! Thank you so very much!

So my package got lost and I got contacted boohooMAN right away I didn’t even have to wait 2 days for them to reach back , Emma was great she answer everything specifically and when and how is going to get here I just appreciated her so much.

I had an issue with a jog suit in which the dye had ran onto the other colours. Within 24 hours 4 emails had gone back and fourth with pictures sent and was resolved brilliantly by Chelsey and the money refunded to me as well as a gesture to keep the jog suit which I will now donate to charity.

I accidentally go sent the wrong pairs of joggers and when I contacted customer service I was very pleasantly surprised with how the customer service was handled.

Fast replies, provided an easy and FREE way to start a return. And as soon as I sent a photo of my Royal Mail receipt to confirm I had sent the joggers back, Gabriella immediately informed me that the correct joggers had been sent via their fastest delivery method free of charge.

You’d think I’d give this place a bad review for getting the order wrong but I won’t put anything less than five stars because their customer service is excellent.

I’m from USA and was very much concerned to order from abroad considering that company doesn’t have a phone number. I did a few orders and everything was fine but the last one didn’t come. It was my first lost package in my life. Yes, I’m very lucky in this way. Fedex records stated that it was delivered and eventually their system blocked my phone number after me calling so many times. Imagine my frustration trying to locate the package. I spent days on the phone with Fedex. I didn’t really hope to get so much help from BOOHO but I did! They are sending a replacement right now and all of my emails were answered within 12 hrs. Nicely done! Definitely will be ordering again! Thank you guys!!!

I got the problems with my order to Russia. The date of arrival of my item was clearly different from reality. According to the information in the account, my package should have arrived no later than November 11th. But in reality it looks like «leaving the UK» from November 4th still for today. And today I decided to write to support service MISSPAP. The answer wasn’t long in coming and Nicole helped me. She said in their systems my delivery is listed as the 18th of November. Thanks for her! Now I know the order is coming!

I Received some faulty earrings however I’ve spoken to one of the customer service helpers called Katie and she was able to solve my issue by giving me a refund and this all happened in good time she was very kind and very professional

I ordered several items from MISSPAP for next day delivery and unfortunately when I opened two of my items there were pen like mark on the white material, I contacted customer service and spoke to Emma, Laura, Humera and Christa and they were absolutely amazing! The customer service is like no other, staff reply to you quickly and they made sure the items I ordered got resent! The customer service is absolutely amazing, quick and efficient. Everyone is friendly and comfortable. I was defiantly satisfied with their work and the customer service in which is provided! I just want to say thank you and I will defiantly be returning to purchase more! Xx

Couldn't recommend BOOHOO enough. I order quite a lot from them and their deliveries have always been very quick and prompt. I recently had a faulty item and they were excellent in remedying this problem. It was dealt with swiftly and I would have no hesitation in continuing to order from them.
