Chelsey was a huge help! When I confirmed my purchase the 60% code that I entered initially, disappeared and I was charged $200 more than what it said on the page. Chelsey got back to me a day later and resolved the issue. Made my whole week!

There was an issue regarding my order, as my order said it was “delivered” however, I didn’t receive my parcel. After reaching out to boohoo about the issue, they resolved my issue and issued me a refund. Great, fair and straight forward customer service. Thank you so much Chelsey, you were a great help!!!!

Had a faulty item email response was fast and was refunded spoke to a lovely lady called Kirstin who sorted the matter out.

Had a small issue that needed fixing and sent an email off early in the morning. Couple hours later Kirstin replied and had instantly solved my issue in the most polite, professional and friendly way possible.

I love boohoo, have been ordering for years on and off and have always loved the service. This has now just made my love for the site increase by thousands.

I did have a slight problem with my order but with the excellent help from Krystal I was able to get it resolved within the following day. Krystal was very reassuring and gave me a discount for the mistake made on their behalf. Overall I was very pleased with the level of service I received and the time it took to get everything back on track.

I had an issue with my order being returned when I never actually received it and didn’t return it. I got a pretty quick response from Courtney and she was very nice about the issue. She even gave me a little gift voucher, which I appreciated. She was polite and professional and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. I had made a purchase online using one of many of boohoo’s awesome discounts. Order was finalized and I had realized my code never processed and I ended up paying full price for my merchandise. I was definitely bummed there was no phone # for more immediate response but Chelsey and the Customer Service team were very prompt in responding by email I had no time to be bummed about the phone # issue. Chelsey and the Team responded in a timely manner and were very kind and professional. Best part was they honored my 60% off and refunded me back the portion I overpaid! I’m very pleased with Boohoo Customer service just as much as I am with their product and prices. They’ve earned a customer for life!

Had issues with the delivery company saying a delivery had been made when it hadn’t. A replacement was arranged and with me two days after the original delivery was meant to come. Quick and helpful communication all the way through. Several agents assisted me with this issue. Thanks to each of them - Gabriella, Serena, Katie, Aimee and Kirstin. I really appreciate the competent professionalism shown. And... I LOVE the jeans!

Laura was lovely today when I needed some help with a return. It’s very difficult to show emotion in an email but she managed to do it and it felt very personal which is nice when you can’t speak to someone.

Was extremely disappointed and annoyed when I received a faulty item, so I logged a complaint. However, the customer service team specifically Nicole and Jess B were extremely helpful in dealing with my complaint and resloved it in a timely manner with a positive outcome.
