Great customer service from Chelsey very helpful

There was an error with the charge for the postage on my order. It was dealt with very quickly by Chelsey and i was immediately refunded.

I had a question about my order and submitted an email to boohoo customer service. I received a prompt response from Chelsey. After a few questions, my order information was given to me. Very polite and helpful.

I had a delivery I was waiting for , but the parcel ended up going missing or delivered at a wrong address. I emailed BoohooMAN and they got back to me within hours and let me know I can get a replacement but as I needed the parcels today the delivery wouldn’t have come on time so they refunded me my money quick and easy thanks to Jessica, Mark & Kirstin.

I had a faulty itm sent to me, but the problem was sorted out so quickly for me, and a replacement sent the same day I emailed with the problem. It's hard to find great service like this these days. So thankyou to Naomi who helped me so well and efficiently.

I love sooooo much this site,the boohoo team is fantastic, today i received my beautiful items, there were 2 missing items but jack help me for the refund, i love you guys, thank you boohoo for existing ❤

Had an issue with promo code not being applied. Chelsey got back to me very quickly and sorted it for me. Great service.

Had a problem with an item missing from my delivery, Jordan got back to me within hours and resent the item for me that same day with next day delivery. Great service.

2/3 Weeks ago I ordered some trousers from BooHooMAN with next-day delivery (click&collect) - but Hermes lost my parcel.

So I contacted customerservices about the situation and KIRSTIN responded super fast and refunded the full amount straight away!

The shipping was great I got it 7 days after my order like I asked. I received two Mix and Match Joggers but unfortunately they didn't look good on me and I ordered an oversized over the head hoodie. The fabric was really thin and I received it with two holes in it. I don't blame the company because of that, because it might've been the machinery. The problem with all that is I didn't know If I had to return the broken hoodie. So I contacted them and an agent called Lauren.P refunded me the hoodie without my consent and by accident she refunded the joggers that I was about to return. So the I had to send my personal card info via Twitter to switch the refund towards the hoodie. I didn't trust the system because a company never asked me personal card info. Then I decided to contact them via Gmail. They explained to me that the staff wasn't supposed to ask for my card number. It finished well but I wasn't satisfied with the way they managed my case. A lot of stress for the past week scared to return the clothes late...
Little suggestion: you guys should start a phone number service to fix things up faster :)

Had an incorrect item sent, started of talking to Katie she was great and helped me start the process. Chelsey carried on with the process and resulted in a customer returning as it was my first order. They both resolved my issue and couldn’t of been any more helpful. Thanks again :)
