I often use boohoo and don't ever have a problem so I was shocked to have my 1st problem today. I ordered a pair of dog tooth leggings and there was a rip in the leg. I emailed customer services and Christa got back to me straight away and sorted the problem. I am very greatful to Christa for sorting the issue as fast as she did!

Ordered some items and a week or so later, only 1 item out of 5 had arrived. I emailed customer services, and they were very courteous and helpful, straightaway. After some verification, they sent the rest of my items and I received them the very next day! Big thank you to Krystal!!

Fast email reply’s, super good communication! There’s been a problem with Hermes delivery and not yet received my delivery due to “ferry’s” as Hermes says so a little upset with delivery time slot, but fingers crossed it arrives soon! Krystal you’ve been a star for helping me track my order!

I live in the US and I forget that this clothing brand is from the UK, so I thought I got the wrong size sent to me, with the great help from Krystal I realized I got the correct size and that I just read it wrong.

Had somehow got charged for postage. Jess B sorted within a day. Great service.

This is probably my first review ever. But I received such great customer service I couldn’t not say. My Nasty Gal order never arrived even though Hermes said it had been delivered to an outbuilding (which I don’t have). Nasty Gal were great, got back to
Me super quickly and I am now waiting for a new parcel to arrive from them. It’s nice to know you can actually speak to an actual human being that can resolve it quickly for you rather than a stupid Hermes robot! Thank you thank you thank you Nasty Gal! :)

I typically never write reviews but I had an issue recently I on a big order with Boohoo, my 60% wasn’t applied and I ended up being charged a large amount for the full price of all my items. Both Chelsey and Caroline were so helpful with this, they responded quickly, helped send my full refund AND it arrived earlier than expected. Thank you to both ladies for this amazing customer service!

Fantastic customer support.
Every single time I order i never have any issues with return.
And when there was a glitch in receiving a refund the customer service was top notch , always the way forward.

The customer service at boohoo is fantastic. They respond quick to any queries you may have. I had a slight issue with my order and it got resolved in 2 days thanks to a lovely lady named Krystal. I also shop here haven't had a bad experience.

Nicole was very helpful when I made an error with the posting address and the responses were very prompt!
