I was in a middle of a family emergency. And I wanted to transfer my ticket to another day. Lia was so helpful and able to support me in a very short time. Lia was professional in his communication, responding promptly, and supportive. Thank you, Lia, so much. You saved my day.😌

Avoid this bus company at all costs

Avoid this bus company at all costs. The busses smell worse than a porta potty that’s been sitting in 40 degree heat all summer. Customer service is awful and rude and borderline harassing. They aren’t even that cheap especially when compared to other companies.

Not reliable at all

Even you want to trust a lier, but can never trust Bookaride. Its total scam. We booked ticket to Ottawa. We waited 4+ hours at bus stop but no bus showed up. No communication from them. No response after try to contact by email and chat.

Mostly Good

Administrative support via text is excellent, prompt and efficient. Bus drivers are mostly pleasant. Only real problem is that the bus is always late. Generally service is good!!

My Fab Bookaride Experience

The booking info on the website was very clear and easy to make a booking. The chat help online was immediate and professionally provided. The chat attendant (Lea) was focused on my problem and understood easily. She immediately fulfilled my request to change the destination on my ticket to an intermediate stop rather than the final destination on the same trip. Thank you.

Only offers a credit, no refund!

The bus was over an hour late and I had to book another bus service to ensure I still had a chance at arriving to work on time. They refused a refund. They said their policy only allowed for a credit which would force me to have to use their crappy service again.

Quick and effective response

I needed to change my tickets because I bought them on the wrong day. I emailed the company and in less than 24 hrs they had a response and were able to help me. I have the correct dates

Very bad experience

Very bad experience. Never use this company. Took a bus from Ottawa to Toronto and the bus driver was not professional at all. Rude and obnoxious for no reason. And, the bus looked old, dusty, and smells weird.

Great service but very long wait

It took over 30min to get an agent to help me. Apart from the long wait, the agent that I spoke to was very helpful and managed to rebook my ticket for the right time and place.

ZERO STAR REVIEW HERE

ZERO STAR REVIEW HERE.
Worst company ever. Avoid at all cost. It's a SCAM! The bus never showed up. All passengers were left waiting outside in -20C weather for 4.5hours with 0 communication! The website is not locating the bus and customer service isn't even responding. A refund was never issued as per their website policy!!! Scam vibe!!! If you are effected by this horrible company, submit a complaint to The Ontario Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery!!!!!! Get this company to shut down their doors!
