Reasonably priced and conveniently located.
Number plate recognition worked well on entry BUT signage to vacant places poor. Ended up in a zone where the bus driver informed us they were not supposed to pick up any more. Fortunately for us they were sympathetic and courageous enough to let us board and drop us at the appropriate stop.

Fit for purpose
Parking is plentiful, spaces a reasonable size and sometimes possible to park under cover in a few places. Be very careful not to miss the entrance you end up having to drive through the drop off area and get a drop off charge

Slight niggle when we arrived as my booking wasn’t on the system - was sorted within 20 mins though and everything else was faultless! Really quick at key collection after the flight and the connecting busses are super regular - every 10 mins or so. We will definitely use them again. 🌟🌟🌟🌟

Easy to find and lots of space but i paid online then when i returned my number plate wouldnt reconise so had to pay a additional £262 to exit the guy on the intercom not very helpful not an ideal situation at 5am i have since had a full refund so at least i got that.

Five stars from me every time ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I have used the Gatwick holiday parking website for numerous bookings now and have had an easy and pleasant experience every time, with the code they give you get 15% off the prices which are already cheaper than other websites, I always book the Gatwick long stay car park through them as I like to keep my key with me, you just drive up to the barrier which reads your number plate and automatically opens and the same on exit too, I will always use and recommend this site as it definitely gets five stars from me ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It would have been stright forward and very easy if it was signposted which section C was for passengers. Out may have been the time of night we arrived and didn't see it but the patrol man did remove us from staff parking twice. This WAS helpful
