Great service, no complaints at all!
It was a very smooth operation. We didn't have to wait long at all to hand in our keys and then pick them up upon our return. Also the shuttle bus was not long to wait both their and back and they seem to run quite regularly and also not a very long journey to the airport. A pretty decent price too Oh and when we went to collect car it was close to the reception desk where we picked up the keys so didn't have very far to go with suitcases. Big thumbs up!

Decent parking experience in early July
After a simple online reservation at a decent price, the parking location was easy to find and close to the Terminal. The bus service was prompt to and from the Terminal and, especially on the return journey, their drivers were very friendly.

couldn't get through barrier and said…
couldn't get through barrier and said we had to pay £500 even though we had pre booked. Control person couldn't find booking with reg number. Couldn't get onto emails to give ID booking. Fortunately i had screen shot booking so after 45 mins finally got out. Why was my reg number not sufficent to prove i had paid? Very frustrating after long day of travelling.

It was very simple to book without any hassle, however on improvement I would recommend that there is support on site as it was bit difficult to establish where to park as there were signs for staff parking with fine notices and no one around to help.
