Terrible customer service - please don't use this company.
Ordered this as an xmas pressie on 8th Dec 2019.
Email confirmation received but no follow up re date of delivery etc.
We are now in March - over 3 months later - and all my emails have been ignored.
I have not got the delivery or the refund.
How can a company be so inefficient. This is robbery.
What a shame

Alice is simply in over her head - and she knows it. The bad reviews don't lie. Apparently they have tens of thousands of customers a month - which is another lie to add to the pile. Asked over and over on Instagram and Twitter for the whereabouts of my order as well as emailed repeatedly since Christmas. Emails are never answered and simply ignored. On the rare occasions emails are answered, she addresses you by someone else's name. Ask over social media and get told to email again, but still to no response. Or better yet; you'll get blocked.
Shambles of a company with a rude, incompetent, unprofessional, condescending 'founder'. (Yes, I have all the proof to attest to this).
It's now February and my money hasn't been returned to me. Waiting on two more refunds plus postage after boxes were sent to me despite cancelling my subscription.
Contacted the consumer helpline at Citizens Advice, reported to Watchdog as well as contacted my bank as the following payments were 'unauthorised payments' given the subscription had been cancelled yet more money had been taken. Bank have to investigate and to block any future payments. Contacted Action Fraud too who have stated the company have used financial details to take further payments - which is listed under their 'shopping fraud' category. The responses which are lies are being used as evidence for the bank's dispute team as no money has been returned. This has cost me too much of my time, effort and energy - not to mention money.
8 weeks later and begging to get your own money back whilst hoping customers just wait and wait. I don't think so. Your time is up. REFUND MY MONEY.
I ordered 6 "book plus beer" sets as…
I ordered 6 "book plus beer" sets as corporate gifts pre Christmas, December 13th to be precise, for Christmas presents. The whole order was a debacle.
1. Payment wouldn't go through on Paypal, was told it happens
2. Chased delivery on 19th. Was told it was dispatched
3. Received 1 parcel on Christmas Eve from the 6 I had ordered
4. Chased, received many automated emails saying they were busy, but then received apologies and "it will be looked into" very quickly afterwards.
5. I'd heard nothing so chased them on the 31st, received apology on 2nd Jan and was asked my order number and postcode. The email subject title was the order number and the postcode was at the start of the email thread *insert Monkey emoji here*
6. After pointing that out to them I received... you guessed it an apology and "we'll look into it"
7. Losing patience so asked for a refund at this point, 2nd January, I'm at 20 days, I've been to see my clients twice and still haven't got their "Christmas" gift.
It is now the 9th of January and I am yet to hear anything or see a refund or even see some boxes. I don't want to email again as I'll just be told "they'll be looking into it".
So far, a total farce of a company. Avoid disappointment.
It is a schoolboy error from me, I should know to avoid companies who don't post a phone number on their website, just like this one.
