Just got my Redwing shoes back, this is the 2nd resole (had the shoes over 15 years).
Fantastic service, excellent resole and very quick turnaround. Also kept up to date with shoe arrival and return.

Received my Birks back from repair - absolutely delighted !
My Birkenstock's were in such a bad state they were destined for the bin. However, after a chance web search and the discovery of The Boot Repair Company, I reconsidered and sent them for repair. This turned out to be a wise move as I received, upon their return, what looked like a 'new' pair of Bostons and for a very reasonable price.

Great would recommend! I asked for delivery to be after my holiday but they fixed my boots quickly and I got them before my holiday Very Very quick and helpful. Will 100% use again. Also the clean was greatly appreciated and my boots look amazing. I removed my laces in case they got lost and was given a new ones. Highly recommend. I got resole and tag replacement, perfect great craftsmanship.

I sent my Birkenstocks in for a resole and to replace the footbed, the service was so quick and easy. Any questions were quickly answered and they keep in touch about the process. When my Birkenstocks arrived back they look amazing and are so comfy… almost like new! Would definitely recommend.

This company was directly affiliated with Dr. Marten’s as advertised in their website so you would think that they will only use the same and original Dr. Marten’s materials given that in their tagline and in their packaging, they’re “claiming” that they are using “same materials” for repairs. Not true! I had my sandals sent to them for repairs for the buckle thinking that they will replace it with the same Dr. Marten’s ones. However, when I received it back, I was highly disappointed that they just replaced it with cheap and generic plastic buckle which broke just a couple of days later. I went to Timpson’s instead to have it repaired for a quarter of the price. Timpson’s did a much better job with a better quality buckle. Stay away from this company. Horrific customer service as well.

The soles on my Dr Martens were getting worn, but the uppers were fine, so searched the internet to see if they could be resoled. I found The Boot Reair Company, so made enquiries. I was quoted a price and an approximate turn around time. I did have problems with the Royal Mail website, but a member of staff at this company sorted that for me. My shoes came back to me well inside the expected time, and they are fantastic. Look like new. Would definintely recommend The Boot Repair Company.

In my experience? A great company!
Rachelle was very helpful and knowledgeable, and my boots came back looking perfect (my Lowas were very similar to the pair currently on Instagram, and came back looking just as good!)
And returned very quickly indeed! Great service all round.

We sent two pairs of Birkenstocks to The Boot Repair Company for repair, and over two months later, we have received nothing back—no sandals, no resolution.

The company confirmed receipt of our items for repair on 5th June and told us there had been an attempted delivery back to us on 28th June. However, no missed delivery note was left, no instructions were provided, and nothing ever arrived. When we followed up, they admitted they could not locate the parcel for us to collect.

Throughout July, we were passed between various members of staff over email. Eventually, even the Managing Director got involved and assured us that the parcel had been found and would be shipped out again on 28th July.

That was the last communication we received. Since then, the company has gone completely silent, no updates, no replies to repeated follow-ups, and still no sign of our sandals.

We are now out of pocket and without our items. Based on our experience we strongly advise others to think twice before sending them anything of value.

At first I thought the cost of repairing the soles on my Dubarry boots was too great. How wrong I was. They have been returned to me like brand new boots. The craftsmanship is breathtaking.
I'm so impressed with the company. From start to finish, the customer service was exceptional, and I really don't say that lightly. I was kept up to date throughout the process, postage was free of charge, and my boots were returned to me wrapped in tissue paper, in a solid box, looking completely transformed. Thank you. You'll be my first port of call for any repairs I the future.

Brought back a 34 year old pair of boots from the dead. Absolutely thrilled with the work on my boots, they're very old and precious to me, the craftsmanship is excellent. I can now go back to wearing them whenever I choose, I'm pretty sure they'll outlast me.

I had an old, but still serviceable pair of Dr Martens. The sole badly needed replacing so I sent them to the Dr Martens repairs site, which uses this company for all their repairs.
I got them back within the week. Completely reworked. The uppers were polished, new laces and the sole, welding and stitching were all top notch.
I cannot thank them enough and would definitely recommend - esp as the price is cheaper than even a second hand pair of Docs would be.

Was very impressed with the boot repair company. Communication was great and very helpful. They repaired and rebuilt my wife's Birkenstocks and they now look like new. The service was absalutley faultless. I would use and highly recommend them to anyone.

I gave the company a very poor review last week but they have redeemed themselves incredibly well. They contacted me by phone, apologised, uplifted my shoes and repaired and refurbished them to a very high standard. I received them back today and cannot fault the workmanship and service at all. Im more than happy to submit a new and 5 star review.

Sent my beloved DMs to be resoled & very happy with the friendly and efficient service.
It’s great to have a choice of different soles and stitching colour, making my boots feel new.
