I gave the company a very poor review last week but they have redeemed themselves incredibly well. They contacted me by phone, apologised, uplifted my shoes and repaired and refurbished them to a very high standard. I received them back today and cannot fault the workmanship and service at all. Im more than happy to submit a new and 5 star review.

Sent my beloved DMs to be resoled & very happy with the friendly and efficient service.
It’s great to have a choice of different soles and stitching colour, making my boots feel new.

Honestly the most amazing service. My boots had both been chewed by two very naughty puppies, the heels were just a mess, a quick email, quote, sent off & returned looking like new. Pricing is excellent including postage both ways. Company informs you when they have received them & when they are posting them back. Couldn't ask for a better service. Boots are now well out of reach of the dogs 😀 thankyou so so much

I genuinely thought I'd have to throw away my precious du Barry boots (and they are only 12 years old!) but the wonderful Boot Repair Company came to the rescue! I hope to get another 12 years' use out of them! Thanks to all concerned. They fit even better than before, too!

A relative in the army recommended the Boot Repair Company to me. I have engaged them in the past to repair hiking boots (the communication I had prior with the company was helpful to decide if I could get them repaired). I just recently sent them a favourite pair of Birkenstock shoes where my puppy had chewed the footbed but the leather was still intact. It was cheaper, and more environmentally friendly, to repair rather than buy new. They did such a great repair job! I highly recommend this business.

Beautifully repaired my Boston Birkenstock in a very timely fashion. Couldn't tell which one the fix was done to. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

I was worried about sending my boots to be repaired as they are precious to me (the last pair my Dad bought me before he passed) and the timing as I am due to do a 13 mile sponsored walk. I needn’t have worried! The process of sending the boots in is really easy to follow. The repair time I was told was approximately 4 weeks however I received my boots back in just under 2 weeks and they look fantastic.
They have been cleverly reconditioned and have a new solid Vibram sole and look perfect. Whilst initially I thought the cost was high it’s actually not when you consider the workmanship and also how much a good pair of walking boots cost these days and my boots are irreplaceable! The customer service was excellent, responsive and sensitive to my needs it’s so refreshing to deal with a company that actually cares.
Off now to trail them out and I feel confident that my boots will serve me well for many more miles! Just brilliant, a big thank you to the Boot Repair Team

I could not believe what the Boot Company Leeds achieved with a 40 year old pair of Doc Martins which my husband wore until they were slicks!! I sent them, not hoping for miracles and in fact expected them to send them back as "too far gone" But after 2 weeks, they are back and totally unrecognisable - very well done, would totally recommend your restoration service, with free post to send and return. Well done!!

Absolutely superb customer service, and an outstanding quality of repair/work.
Repaired a pair of motorcycle boots for me with lots of damage, worn out sole and heals, broken strap, and toe box stitching failed.
Came back fully repaired with no signs that there was ever a problem, brilliant clean and reconditioning.
More than happy, nearly new boots again for less than half the price.

A pair of DMs sent to the Boot Repair Co as one of the zips had broken, I must say I was nervous about the repair. I needn’t have been as the service I received was absolutely fantastic, quality of the repair was flawless - nothing more to say. A first class company, a huge thank you to Tom for keeping me updated along the way.
Most definitely recommend and will use again should I ever need more boots repairing.

Subsequently accepted back for re-finishing under warranty at no cost to me, with no questions asked and a lot of useful advice give.

Upper was coming unstuck from the sole left boot welt.

Prompt response to emails. Kept me fully informed at all times. Proactively found me an Instagram video on how to look after boots.

Excellent service - the process of organizing the repairs was smooth and my boots look good as new. The team were also very helpful when my boots were 'lost' in transit when they were sent back to me.

I sent 10+ year old birks for a new foot bed and sole. I had a few issues with my initial repair however I sent them back and they sorted the problem out and returned them back to me almost by return. I have just received my re-repaired shoes back and I’m delighted. They are perfect and will hopefully last me another 10+ years. i wouldn’t hesitate using The boot repair company again. Rachael in customer service was extremely helpful and I basically have brand new shoes for half the price of buying new ones.

UPS weren’t great as kept pushing back delivery date but worth it in the end!

My much loved and well used Dubarrys have just been returned from the Boot Repair Company. I stood unwittingly in the embers of a bonfire and the soles of my Dubarrys unsurprisingly peeled away from the uppers! I paid my money and quite expected them to return with an apologetic note saying sorry these are beyond repair BUT NO they have arrived back in tip top condition. Thank you so much to the team for your skill in giving my boots more decades of wear. Worth every penny!
