Great product great price great…

Great product great price great service. Slight issue with delivery as despite adding what3words, delivery service delivered to wrong address - but did manage to find it. Would still recommend company just be cautious over delivery. Would definitely order from here again.

Outstanding service ensures I will continue to use BPS-TV.

I bought a camera online one evening, but wasn't sure of what was included in the deal.
The following morning I rang the office to get what information I could.
The help I was given was amazing, remembering that this was my first purchase from them. Everything was fully explained as were the details of what I needed to get, to be up and running straight away. Lee was exceptionally helpful and took my order for some of the necessary pieces of equipment. Two days later I was recording on my camera.

BPS-TV provided a service which was better than brilliant. They are most definitely in my "Immediately Go To" list and will be hearing from me as soon as I
need some equipment or solid advice.

Good service, be aware of 25% restocking fee

I can't fault BPS's service, camera (BMCC6K) was delivered promptly. I quickly became dissatisfied with this camera though when I discovered it's terrible low light performance and CMOS smearing and would have returned it, but then read that BPS charge 25% for restocking, so decided to deal with Black Magic directly. Many other vendors would have accepted a return no questions asked within 30 days, for this reason I probably wouldn't buy a camera from BPS again; just something to be aware of.

I have tried to find any conversations we have had with you with regards to the low light performance and the smearing but could not see any communications. If you have had previous conversations with us about this, please let me know as I would be happy to investigate.

Our refund policy and terms and conditions mention a restocking fee, but this is only for returns that are not inline with our refund requirements which is very standard and is there predominately as a preventative, to stop used or tried and tested products being returned as we could not sell these as brand new. This would not apply to a product being faulty.

I noticed you mentioned there was a potential fault with the product, we would want to get this resolved for you and of course we would not charge any restocking fees for a faulty product.

If you develop any further faults in the future, please send us an email to sales@bps-tv.co.uk with all the information, we will discuss this with the manufacturer and get this resolved as quick as possible.

Prompt despatch of camera but…

Prompt despatch of camera but unfortunately the 24hr deliver service took 3 days!

Delivery issues

Good price. Helpful in arranging dispatch so that it should arrive when I would be at home. Then let down by courier because he did not come on the Friday as expected and had to wait until Monday
