I loved it, but didn’t get to enjoy it because it got broken 11/4 …. I spoke with someone a while back re: a placement …. But it never came…. What is the hold up? Do I need to pay for the one that was broken first??

Very disappointed in the quality of the globe. When received it was in bad shape with finish coming off, ordered a replacement and took 6 months to get it. Will not be purchasing anything in future. Customer service is rude and not pleasant to deal with either. Also will not be recommending your company any longer. DW Dean
