I still have NOT received it. The first one I received was broken and they were supposed to send me another one but never have.

The product came in broken and leaking inside the box. I have tried to get a replacement unsuccessfully. Very disappointed!!!

Arrived leaking water…called customer service..was told replacement would be shipped…has never arrived…would like a refund!!!!

Gift for Valentines day. It arrived damaged. Called you. Lady was nice. Said she would send another one right away. I waited about a month. I called back. Lady said it would ship in another 2 weeks. SERIOUSLY? ..OMG. Maybe I will have it by next Valentines Day 2026.

I don't know because I haven't received it yet. it was supposed to be delivered on the 13th, now the date is the 14th of July. It was a gift for Feb 14th. not happy at all.

It was advertised to be delivered by Valentine Day. Received e-mail it would be mid July. Very disappointing to order special gift and then not be able to give it to my wife of 50 years. I have ordered before from Bradford and always beautiful pieces, but this was very disappointing.

The inscription was so light you can barely see it. I had to point it out. And it even had skipped areas in the script. I'm partial to the battery operated globes that have backlight and constant glitter without shaking. But I purchased this one for the song and the inscription. The wind up and the music box are fine. This purchase is only meh.

My girlfriend loved it. The only thing is it should have had the people dancing with snow moving around in it.
I wouldn't know, I never received it. I'll never order from them again. $105 down the drain.
My wife loves it.
