The product is satisfactory in itself. However, it has a slight pause and sometimes has to be "helped" to continue to operate. The bigger problem and most disappointing is that I paid a substantial amount extra to guarantee delivery before Christmas, Dec. 23 to be exact. It did not arrive until the day after the holiday, which was not much worse than it not arriving at all. According to the tracking, it sat somewhere in Illinois for many, maybe 6 days. This is probably not the place to air this complaint and I'm not sure I can find out where to take my grievance. That's in your favor, I suppose.

This is a gift so I haven’t seen it in person. It is a music box that actually plays music from the Nutcracker! I’ve seen Nutcracker music boxes that plays all kinds of Christmas music except music from the Nutcracker—I don’t get the thought behind that. I’m excited to see how the recipient likes it.
