Not pleased with this product. Shipped only in styrofoam - no box. All collectibles should at least come in a box. The music player in the is piece is very low quality - many of the notes of the song are missed and the sound is weak. Not a good value at all.

I was disappointed with this item. It looked cute in the pictures but upon arrival Clara was extremely small. She was barely noticeable. The music itself glitched quite a bit. I personally would not recommend. It's unfortunate because I loved the idea of it.

Never received the item. It was guaranteed to me by Christmas. Called customer service said its stuck in transit. Usps said they never received it. Its been missing since the 14 of December. Bradford told me it would take 30 days to get me a refund and a new one sent out. I said Ill wait to see if it shows by Christmas. It didnt. I paid $15 for shipping and my Mother will not get her only gift from me.

You must know how frustrated I am. This was intended to be a special birthday present for my daughter. When she went to pick it up at the post office, it was out of the box, cracked, and the certificate of authenticity was taped to it! I would like for it to be replaced ASAP!
