When the product was received, the water in the globe had leaked out into the container. I request a return label and sent the damaged item back for a exchange for a undamaged replacement.

The snow gobe is beautiful.
All the product you sell is perfect
VERY UPSET. I ordered this to be sent as a gift to a friend. I tried contacting customer service about my order, I didn't want an invoice included and would have appreciated a note saying who it was from. There is ZERO customer service with this company, so buyer BEWARE.

I was thrilled to receive this item but extremely disappointed when I took it out of the box because one of the figures had come off the wheel. It wasn’t broken so I was able to glue it back & hopefully it will stay securely on the moving wheel.

Thisvis the second defective globe i received, the first did not rotate or play properly, the second has a broken hand the looks l8ke a packing issue, it fell from the Styrofoam packing, what is going on with Bradford Excange quality.

Excellent fast shipping and a beautiful piece
The product arrived broken. This is the second Disney snow globe I’ve ordered from Bradford Exchange and they both arrived broken.

As always a quality product for those who like to collect Disney memorabilia.
It was already broken when we got it Im still waiting to hear back from the company. There was no paperwork with it to return it. The only thing included in the box was a letter of authenticity. So disappointing, not 1 single fragile sticker on the box anywhere. I work at USPS, we pay attention to those. Seems alot cheaper to slap on stickers than to have to have product returned all the time!!!
