Item shipped via FedEx, who sent me a notice that the package mage was u deliverable due to damage. No follow up from Bradford Exchange, nor did they send a replacement.

The globe was leaking water. I didn’t take it out because the paper around it was wet. I have returned it and asked for another. Waiting to receive the replacement. I have purchased it for a birthday present for a 90th birthday

1st 1 came broke. Water pouring out the bottom Then I sent a message about it and never heard a word back about it

Arrived broken. No packing protecting it really. In a brown box with piece in styrofoam, like usual disney, but not marked glass, fragile, not put in an additional box with bubble wrap so chances are it will arrive broken. Pieces were broken off, no water in globe and globe was loose. You can see from photos the wet box. My wife was disappointed as this was a Valentine gift for her. Now returning for refund.

very disappointed...arrived with one of the mickeys broken off the bottom. returned immediately....still waiting for replacement. paying credit card bill with it on tonight so not real happy with the situation right now.

It is a nice item to look at in the picture, however I only wanted to take a look at it so when I proceed to click on the image, it took $129.89 dollars from me without me pressing “add to cart” or adding any address information to it. The other problem is that since I “purchased” the item, it still haven’t gotten to me and I did send an email already saying I didn’t want the item I only wanted to look at it but somehow some way it just took my money and I didn’t get an email back from yall
