I have emailed Bradford twice with no response this item was received broken. The box wasn't marked as fragile. I want it replaced or refunded

I love this globe but it came broken and I’m trying to get it replaced. It’s worth the 129.00 for real Disney fans because it is stunning. Just wish it wasn’t broken. So that’s why my rating is so low. When I get a new one, I’ll update.

In theory this is beautiful. The craftsman ship of the Mickeys around the base are not high quality with numerous exterior flaws and thin wiring inside the arms etc. This was a Christmas gift for my 13 yo who collects snowglobes and upon opening Christmas morning on of the Mickey arms was broken. He still likes the globe but I do not think it's quality is worth the cost. Hoping to be able to replace since he does still want it but I do not have the return slip that supposedly came as I did not keep the envelope on the outside with the shipping info etc upon wrapping the gift. If I saw this in a store and was able to physically see it I probably would not have purchased.
