It is nice to have most of the mivkey characters. Instead of windup music box be better with a switch.

Quality is is not good. Arrived all broken. Bought as a gift on December 12. For Christmas gift. As of 12/23 /23. Still no replacement and customer service does not care. I would never order or recommend this place to anyone.

The product is nice but the packing and shipping was not sufficient to keep it from arriving non damaged. A hand was broken off of Mickey and I glued it on rather than fuss with shipping it back for a new one. For the cost you don’t expect it to arrive broken. It affects the collectible value when I have to repair it.

Unfortunately, it arrived broken in multiple places. One of the Mickeys was completely broken off the base and 2 other Mickeys had arms/hands broken off. I’ve returned the water globe for a refund that I am still waiting to receive.

It came broken! I was sent a link to send it back 2 times and it didn’t work so I am still waiting! Have emailed 10 times and was sent two links that are expired

This is the first time we have ordered anything from The Bradford Exchange. I expected the water globe to arrive when the email said it would. It did not. Then I get an email asking me to rate the item; I responded with the comment that I could not rate something I had not received. Then got a message from someone with the company saying they would look into the matter. Needless to say, I was so very pleased today to see the item arrived. Imagine my disappointment when I opened the package and removed the darling water globe wound it up to listen to what it would play before placing on the shelf beside the rest of my grandchildrens water globes and it doesn't work. I had always heard good things about your company. I'm so disappointed and will not recommend this company to anyone. The only reason I give one star is there wasn't a spot for anything lower than that.

I was expecting the ears to be water filled due to the fact that I have previously owned a Mickey globe, ears filled with water, that unfortunately was broken. I am still incredibly happy to have this one as a long awaited replacement.
