Wonderful design poor execution. I was so sad to receive this globe only to have it arrive broken. The Mickey ears look like cheap plastic that was glued on and one of the ears came off. I expected the ears to be glass and a part of the globe. It looked bad having the ears attached. Overall, it was not the quality that I expected for the cost and Bradford Exchange

The item is cute. But it is poorly made and cheap looking fir the amount of miney I spent on it. It also came to me with pieces broken off. It was a birthday present & I had to repair before I could give it to the person, then when he opened it, it had pueces broken off again. I had to repair again

Product was not packaged well. Ear was off of globe. Snow inside of the globe is very clumpy and there is not much of it. Quite disappointed with the quality.

When u got delivered the ears were not on. Had to glue them on. But I love the mickey mouse globe

One of the ears was off, a figurine was off, and the globe didn't rotate.

Looked great, but was received broken. Reported and returned very promptly, per instructions, but still waiting for replacement. This was returned 12/28/2020 and today is 02/15/2021. I even followed up with a phone call in mid January. This is totally unacceptable.
I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED BY GLOBE - HOW CAN I RATE IT??

Has multiple scratches on glass ears, one of the spokes on the wheel(ship steering wheel) that Mickey is holding is fractured and if touch it will snap off.
