I ordered the hogwarts express train I never felt so scammed in my life in the listing it shows it comes with tracks and a remote and more train cars and this is what I got in the mail never felt so disappointed honestly not worth it if it doesn’t come with tracks or remote

This is a great train, I didn't realize it was only 1 small train though and have been trying to return it for a few weeks, I've emailed customer service 5 times now and haven't gotten any help. I wasn't going to write a review but I'm hoping this will help them respond to me so I can just return the train and get a refund. Wish me luck.

I thought this would include the pictured items, I didn’t realize it would not include the control, or a complete track, even though we purchased the extra track sections. Absolutely would not choose this train again.

This was not a TRAIN--all I received was an ENGINE! I'm incredibly disappointed. If the rest of the train comes at a different time, that should be noted. No such note was seen.

They would only send one peice at a time, and wanted to charge ove $40.00 more for additional peices with normal shipping charges, customer service was awful.
