The train itself is good but the front name plate was broken off other I happy with it

Just need to know when I get the rest of the train.
It looks like train's are not one of Bradford Exchanges best buys. I have the Hogwarts Express. The engine is designed very light in the front and very floaty. I figured it must have a problem so I purchased a second engine. It's identical to the first. With all cars from the collection at this point, It only made it around the track one time out of 15 without one car jumping off the track. Really bad.

Pricey but well worth it!

Great quality product
I did not receive the track purchased and only the engine has arrived. I purchased theirs for my daughter’s birthday and am very disappointed

I have only the first issue so far, however it is very nice. The locomotive is very nicely made and detailed. It also runs very smoothly on a standard HO track.
