This train is very detailed and is a very nice addition to my Harry Potter collection.
Very disappointed. I tried to return the item and called the phone number listed for returns and was given an option to have someone return my call and that has been a week and one half ago and no call yet.

Very nice
I just wish it was easier to get a hold of customer service. I wanted to speed up my next shipment if possible. It’s a really pretty piece though and it brings me happiness.
Need a return label. I’ve called 2 days ago & I’m still waiting for the email for the label via email.

The Hogwarts train is kind of confusing. I received two engines, which are nice and heavy like a Lionel, and I don't think I ordered them. Now I'll have to go the hassle of boxing one and returning it . I also haven't see the other cars shown in the photograph and while I've ordered the train tracks, the description for the engine should loudly and explicitly say BUY TRACKS SEPARATELY. This is getting expensive.
Bought this for my son, along with the village. It has officially been designated a family heirloom, with all intent to be passed down to his first child. Love love love.
