I ordered this product in Nov. 2020 and as of Dec.19 I still have not rec'd it! No word from Bradford on how to track it nor any suggestion as to when I will see it. I'm still waiting for the rest of the train and peoples. The locomotive looks very good, and will look even better when the tender arrives.

Good quality for price.
Bradford's team was accommodating, and their customer service team was patient in answering my questions and was really helpful throughout the process. I am satisfied with them and have enrolled in their subscription for subsequent products.
Price could be less. Quality good
It looks good but I can’t tell how it works because I am waiting for the second collection that has the track....bummer

This was advertised as a complete train that actually worked including figures. I received a locomotive and nothing else.

Love the detail in this product.
I was led to believe that the entire train set was the $90.00. I ordered one on-line and received it., than I received another one that I will have to return. I have ordered from your company before and was satisfied. Not sure if I want to spend $400.00/
Much smaller than I expected. Have yet to try it on my RR system.

Nice way to start collection. However, train sets are too expensive and need to be lowered some.
This is literally the train engine only. No tracks, no cars, no transformer. Nothing.
