The music box itself was beautiful. It was just too small.
Beautiful music boc as advertised. Time between order and delivery was about two weeks.
Product very small and music plays very low. that is not how the product looks or is described.

The music component inside the box was so small I could barely hear the music. If I would’ve known it was that small I wouldn’t have purchased it. The music box itself is beautiful of the music component instead of it is too small and it’s horrible. It is the first product that I’m upset with with your company.

The product was designed and quality nice but the music part of it is terrible and am returning for a refund!! Very discouraging for the product considering past purchases being very satisfied!

The image presented on the advertisement led us to believe that the product was much lareger than it actually is. We were disappointed in the size discrepancy for the amount spent. Guess you've lost a future customer. Quality of product was good.
