It is as easy as this. I paid additional postage fees to receive this item by 1/9 in the year 2024! I have been corresponding via email x7. And still have not received the package or a satisfactory response. I had to replace the music box with something else for my my daughter's birthday!

My great granddaughter loves her new music box; she loves the nutcracker ballet and she was really excited to get this for her 6th birthday
I was very disappointed when I received it from the mail it only came in a styrofoam packaging no outside box of the product and it is smaller than I had thought.

My wife has been wanting a quality music box for years. This was the one I chose. It is registered and a work of art!
Gave it to my best friend for her 60th Birthday; she said it was beautiful and very dainty. It's smaller than I expected but it was perfect for her.
It is exquisite and plays delightfully.
Was a lot smaller than I thought it would be. Granddaughter will receive it this weekend, will see how it sounds
It is much smaller than I expected from the photo on the order, otherwise it is beautiful and seems well made, but would have liked it to be a bit larger.

I have not received my package yet. I ordered the music box on October 28 and it was received in Trenton Michigan on November 4. On November 4 it reads Package Acceptance Pending I guess ar USPS. That's it I'm still waiting so I don't have my package. Thanks!

I love the box but the key to run the music is very hard to turn as it is right up against the box wall. Shouldn’t it be centered at one end of the box or the other?
