The box is beautiful. The issue is the music. It plays only one line of the song.. Not sure if my grand daughter will be able to hear one liner over and over again. If not I will return it.

It. wasn't quite what i expected. I'm going to order the Nutcracker Globe as soon as you get in touch with me as soon as it's available. Thank You The one I have can hardly be heard.I gave it to my grand daughter, she danced the lead at her school, The Fort Myers Academy for the Arts. I have given her a few music boxes from you that she loves but I didn't get the same reaction from this one. I hope the Globe is better! Of course

I returned this product because the music was very faint. Not the usual high quality of the Bradford Exchange. Very disappointed how the lid fits, and it is very difficult to wind the key to hear the music Much smaller than i thought.
No room to hold anything
The music box does not work. Christmas gift to my daughter in law very disappointing. I need to return this and need to know how get refund on shipping.

Product looks better in Parade Magazine than it does 'in person.' Additionally, the music is very hard to hear. I would like a refund. Please advise on how I may return for a refund.
