They sent me a very small house didn't look anything like this tree that I thought I would get and it felt like a cheap plastic nothing like my Jack skeleton statue will definitely not buy anything like this again

I was under the impression that I could order just the tabletop tree without the other items. This is what I wanted, not the additions. The value for those is way overpriced.

Fantastic.
This tree is what I ordered but received Jack Skellington's house with Sally. Too much of a hassle to exchange so I just won't buy anything from the Bradford Exchange again.

Please see the attached pictures of what my daughter received on her birthday. We were very disappointed, it looks very far from what I ordered "Halloween Tabletop Tree Correction". Thank God I asked my daughter to send me pictures of what she received. Please send us a return postage ASAP and send us the correct product or refund my bank account.

The purchase was deceiving in the sense that I thought I was getting Halloween tabletop tree - I read the description carefully for the size of the tree, but what I received was not the tree and therefore i did not have the item I needed for the event that the item was intended for.

I was very disappointed with this product. I was only sent the first “delivery” and it wasn’t made clear that there were 3 parts and you had to pay for each shipment. I was never even made aware of how to purchase the second package, I had to email customer service to ask where the rest of the tree collection was and I was told I owed money in order to get more. Seems like a scam to me.

I ordered the tree but I got jacks house I’m very upset because it was for my sons birthday. I was told that it goes in order but the picture shown was the tree and it was also checked I am returning it not happy

I never got this item. I was sent a different product. Stop sending me things from your consonant. I had a random tree come in the mail today 10/28/22. I did not order this and I will not be paying for it. What is wrong with this company. If you charge me for this product I will contact an attorney. This is the second thing that was sent to me that I did not order.

Was very disappointed in the advertisement of this product. I thought, and said I would receive the tree and the other ornaments that go with the “nightmare before Christmas.” I would have NEVER spent that much on the tree alone.

I was very disappointed because I expected to get a whole 3 foot tree filled with ornaments, not a tiny house and one ornament. The advertisement was VERY misleading. I do not recommend this company.

I Never got what I ordered. I wanted the Halloween Night befor Christimas Table Top but I got Halloween figurines instead and supposely figurines to come each month. Costing me over a $1,000.00. No, Thank you.. So this is a Big negative evaluation. Would never order from you again.
