At first glance the clock was amazing. After further inspection it didn’t work, the battery door was locked, almost glued shut and one of the tabs was broken off of the door. There were places where you could see the clue smeared around the battery cover. The hands wouldn’t turn and the pendulum didn’t swing.

Very nice heavy build. Arrived with the top flags separated in shipment. Easy fix with hot glue which was used originally. Looks great and sound great. Would buy again.

After I received the clock I was unable to get it to work properly so I called to report it to you and I was told to return it and that a new working one would be sent. I mailed it back May 2nd 2023 and haven't heard a thing whether you received it or not. I checked my credit card statement and see that you refunded my money on May 5th 2023???? I guess that must be my answer. Any questions please call 813-395-6170. I'm a 81 year old man and it's easier for me to talk on the phone instead of typing. Thank you.
