The box was ripped and stowerfoam was missing a chuck. Opens it up and it was broken on top and the clock was very dusty . I sent it back hopefully they can sent me a new one .

I called about volume control not working your CS rep said there wasn’t a volume control (which there is) the eagle doesn’t come out on the hour, and There is glue on the top of the clock. For $260.00 this was without question NOT WORTH IT. I am not happy at all…. Not at all.

The clock arrived with parts that did not stay in place by glue! The face cover of the clock and the emblem on the top were apparently glued in place and did not hold. There was also glue smeared in noticeable places on the side panels.

These are so beautiful and made with great quality. These are some of the best gifts I have ever bought. This one is for my dad who was in the Army and I bought the one for Air Force for my husband. The very top two gold wings were broken on arrival. A lot of money for two broken pieces. I think the the packaging was the issue as the box was not damaged. Had to purchase something else for the retirement gift.

I haven’t received this, so I don’t know what it looks like and no one from Bradford exchange returns my emails and the phone number, customer service people claim they fixed the wrong address and would mail to me but it hasn’t happened yet
