The product arrived broken and when I called to report, I was given a return label and was told I will be receiving the replacement in 4-6 weeks.Meanwhile the item I purchased was a gift for a friend who is traveling with it and cannot wait for that 4-6 Weeks. I am really disappointed.

I send back the first one, did not work, and a top piece was broken off when I got it, I am willing to give it a second chance, with a replacement.Did not get the replacement yet.

Beautiful clock at a reasonable price

We like the attributes of the clock but one negative is the clock face is very difficult to read. We replaced a clock that was very visible and even when you are very close to this clock, the time is hard to read. The eagle works well, the time is accurate.and the song that plays on the hour is just fine. We wish the hands of the clock could be lit or some such way to make the time more visible.
