I received this item-the birds on top were broken when we opened the package-I tried to call & report this and was given the run around-we did glue them back on-somewhat. I am not satisfied and did try to call to return, which did not work on my end. I am sorry for the condition and did want to return for my refund, but did not get the correct response.

We didn’t receive the correct product. When my mother, who lost her husband two years ago, opened the box- THIS is what was in there. Absolutely appalled and embarrassed that this came to her in her time of remembrance of her husband. Do better. Like 110 percent better. I paid and other people pay good money for a good product. I will never order anything again.

It took way to long to deliver. I ordered it several weeks in advance of Christmas and I became very worried it would not arrive in time as it kept showing delayed and "in transit" for extended days. The product itself is as described, but not sure I would order again.
