The quality was awful. Looked like a 3rd grade art project. Very disappointed, but paid for upgraded shipping because I needed it for a funeral arrangement, so we were stuck with it. Not the quality that I expect from Thomas Kinkade products or Bradford Exchange.

Very satisfied with the product. However I was very disappointed in the way it was packaged for shipping. It just came in the styofoam cover over the product, it was not inside a box. It was a big risk for damage. However it was not damaged.

Item arrived with paint missing from bird's wing, the words printed on the bench are missing paint so letter is hard to see or the letter looked almost like it was on a decal that was bent when it got laid down.

How do you write a review for an item that never came? I have called many times and get the run around. Now they say it might ship in July. I ordered it as a gift in January.

Feels plastic like bench is plastic on the thinner side. Art work is just a printed sticker. Looks extremely cheap. Some spots not painted in. Packing was not strong cannot be used to store product over time while not on display. Will not purchase any products similar to the this.
