The product is ok. The way you scammed me with the pricing/ shipping discount is not ok. I will never order from the Bradford exchange again. I have bought several thousands in coins and stamps and trains through the years. It is pretty sad that you can’t just sell a great product and get a fair price. You have to play games and trickery with shipping discounts and coupons that ripe you into a membership that before you know it charges you a fee that is non refundable of coarse before you catch it. You went from a trusted dependable company to a company that takes advantage with paperwork and receipts to mail to get a discount. This is 2023 ……. Computers , email , apps, etc. You know this and that’s why you do what you do NOW. I will be sure to tell everyone I know about this. Thanks for sending me this privledge to review ….

When i received order the red cardinal was broken off the top of the bench and laying next to the bottom of the bench in the packaging. One of the items were in perfect condition. Because i wanted this now, i glued the cardinal back on. It doesn't look as it should have in the but i will make it work. I want be ordering this item again.

The bench is just beautiful! I purchased it to honor my late husband of 26 years. This sculpture is just the thing for that.
Shipping rates are outrageous. I ordered 2 items at the same time and paid two very high shipping charges even though both items shipped from the same warehouse.

It is a special memory of my family members who are no longer with us. I love this bench and it's message.
The product was bigger than expected. Just gorgeous. Only wish we could have engraved with loved ones name.
It is too small for my Memorial Garden in the side yard. I will be returning.it, real soon. where is my train tracks that I purchased for 112.00 dollars.

Exceeded expectations
I especially liked the cardinals on the bench. Since my husband died last year I have been collecting various varieties of them. Thank you for this wonderful sculpture!
